  • Allows tenant admins to upload PDF magazines
  • Pre-renders pages into images for fast viewing
  • Offers a viewer with page flip navigation and zoom

3. Usage rules

  • Do not misuse or overload the platform.
  • Do not upload illegal content.
  • Ensure you have the rights to upload and share the PDFs.

4. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. External content

Uploaded PDFs are provided by tenant admins. Operators are not responsible for third-party content.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is available on this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

  • mandantenbezogene Bibliotheken für PDF‑Magazine bereitstellt
  • Mandanten‑Admins das Hochladen von PDF‑Magazinen ermöglicht
  • Seiten in Bilder vor‑rendert (Cache) für schnelle Anzeige
  • einen Viewer mit Blätter‑Navigation und Zoom anbietet

3. Nutzungsregeln

  • Keine missbräuchliche Nutzung oder Überlastung der Plattform.
  • Kein Upload illegaler Inhalte.
  • Stelle sicher, dass du die Rechte zum Upload/Teilen der PDFs besitzt.

4. Haftung

Die Plattform wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt. Es besteht keine Gewähr für permanente Verfügbarkeit.

5. Inhalte Dritter

Hochgeladene PDFs stammen von Mandanten‑Admins. Für Inhalte Dritter wird keine Verantwortung übernommen.

6. Änderungen

Wir können diese AGB jederzeit anpassen. Die aktuelle Version ist auf dieser Website verfügbar.

7. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

  • Platformu kötüye kullanmayın veya aşırı yüklemeyin.
  • Yasadışı içerik yüklemeyin.
  • PDF’leri yükleme ve paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuzdan emin olun.

4. Sorumluluk reddi

Platform “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz erişim garanti edilmez.

5. Üçüncü taraf içerikleri

Yüklenen PDF’ler tenant adminleri tarafından sağlanır. Üçüncü taraf içeriklerinden işletmeci sorumlu değildir.

6. Değişiklikler

Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu web sitesinde yer alır.

7. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar Almanya Federal Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
